Elite Bot ("us", "we" or "our") operates https://elite-bot.com (the "site") & Elite Bot Discord Bot (the "bot"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site and Bot.

Collecting Your Personal & Usage Data​

Whilst you are using Our Service, we may ask for certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify your, which includes but is not limited to Usage Data.

Usage Data is automatically collected when you are using our Service. If you wish to have any of your data deleted, please join our Discord Support Server and request so there.

Usage Data may include information such as your server's Guild ID, your Discord User ID and ChannelID's. Whilst you use our service via your Discord Server via the Discord desktop, mobile web app we may collect identifiable information regarding you or your Discord server once you add Elite Bot to your server. The message contents and server member data may be used specifically for the logging feature purposes. This is never stored anywhere on the database or on our systems, and is strictly used for the guild's feature usage!

If using the Five M Status Feature, you may decide to provide your domain/IP address in order to ping and receive player data from in-game.

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. The only usage for this currently is via Google Analytics to track website views.

Website Cookies​

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive.

Like many sites, we use "cookies" to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Site.

Retention & Disclosure of Your Personal Data​

Elite Bot will retain Your Personal Data for as long as it's necessary for the purposes set out within this Privacy Policy. We retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Security of Your Personal Data​

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children Privacy​

Our Site and Bot do not address anyone under the age of 13. We don't knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent/guardian and You are aware that Your Child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact us. Likewise, if we become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13, We will take steps to remove it from Our servers.

The Privacy Policy is effective as of 21/09/2022 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either by placing a prominent notice on our website or discord server or by Direct Messaging Guild Owners via Discord.
